Ingredients
Expeller Pressed Non-GMO Canola Oil, Pasteurized Whole Eggs, Water, Light Amber Honey, Distilled White Vinegar (120 grain), Sea Salt, Mustard Flour, Lemon Juice Concentrate.

Packaging and Storage
Store at temperature between 40°F and 70°F. Refrigerate after opening. Properly stored, unopened, retail sized containers have an expected shelf life of 12 months from date of production. Properly stored, unopened 30 pound containers have an expected shelf life of 9 months for West Coast distributon and 6 months for East Coast distribution.
