Evening Primrose Oil contains high levels of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an essential fatty acid involved in metabolic pathways of hormone balancing, brain functions, blood pressure, inflammation and healthy skin. EPO typically contains 10% GLA, and over 70% Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids.
