Sunflower Oil, High Oleic, Organic

High oleic sunflower was developed through traditional methods of plant breeding and hybridization. This oil is oxidatively very stable and is considered equal to olive oil for table use. It is also highly recommended for many culinary applications (including high heat) and cosmetic applications.

Packaging and Storage
Store in a cool dry place (50 to 68 degrees F optimum) away from direct sources of sunlight, heat and oxidizers. Properly stored unopened containers have an expected shelf life of 24 months.
