Safflower Oil, High Oleic, Unrefined

High oleic safflower oil is used for its high resistance to oxidation and heat degradation enabling many culinary applications including high temperature frying. Since the oil has not been refined it is full-flavored and slightly less heat resistant than a refined oil.

Packaging and Storage
Store in a cool dry place (50 to 68 degrees F optimum) away from direct sources of sunlight, heat and oxidizers. Properly stored unopened containers have an expected shelf life of 18 months.
