Organic coconut oil is a highly saturated oil making it very stable against oxidation. Coconut oil is used in culinary applications ranging from shortening and margarine to popping corn and confectionery products. Coconut oil is extensively used in many cosmetic applications including specialty soaps, sun preparations, creams and lotions.

Packaging and Storage
Store in a cool dry place (50 to 68 degrees F optimum) away from direct sources of sunlight, heat and oxidizers. Properly stored unopened containers have an expected shelf life of 24 months.
